Mr. Levine began his professional career at Merrill Lynch where he gained a firm understanding of the finance industry. He then moved into commercial real estate, first with Marcus and Millichap and later with Peak Commercial, before co-founding Peak 1031 Exchange in 2004. As a result of his multi-faceted experience, Kevin is well versed in structuring a variety of transactions and brings his keen sense of numbers and strong business acumen to Peak 1031.
