Ariel Messian is a Certified Exchange Specialist (CES®) and the Lead Exchange Officer at Peak 1031 Exchange. She has been with Peak 1031 since 2017 and is responsible for facilitating 1031 exchanges from inception to conclusion. This includes interfacing with escrow officers, reviewing and distributing exchange documents, coordinating the transfer of closing funds for replacement properties, and ensuring that all client needs are met swiftly and with expertise.

Prior to joining Peak 1031 Exchange, Ariel was a Subrogation Analyst for one of the largest insurance companies in the country and was responsible for hundreds of files at any given time.

In her personal life, Ariel enjoys hiking the many trails of Southern California with her dog, Rebel.
