Kevin M. Levine is the Executive Vice President, Partner, and Co-Founder of Peak 1031 Exchange, a leading nationwide tax-deferred exchange qualified intermediary established in 2003. Under Kevin's leadership, Peak 1031 Exchange has become a trusted nationwide authority in 1031 exchange transactions, executing tens of thousands of successful exchanges. His expertise has been recognized in publications like L.A. Direct, and he has contributed articles to national real estate investment magazines.

Kevin's strategic guidance has earned Peak 1031 Exchange consistent recognition, including ranking among California's top ten 1031 exchange companies in 2019 and 2021. He remains active in industry organizations, holding memberships in the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA) and serving as a Board Member for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).

Before co-founding Peak 1031 Exchange, Kevin developed his financial acumen at Merrill Lynch and as a bank examiner for the State of California. He specializes in complex 1031 exchange transactions, including reverse exchanges and build-to-suit arrangements. Kevin holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge (CSUN).
