He began his career in 1978 with the private equity acquisition and management of office buildings in Los Angeles and has since grown his portfolio to encompass a diverse range of real estate assets across multiple states.

Gil has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate, including commercial and residential development and management, renovations, financing (portfolio lending for commercial and residential properties), non-performing debt acquisition, broker deal completion, and private equity bridge financing.
