Prior to his work in real estate and 1031 exchanges, Aram worked as a vehicle leasing consultant, where he developed strong client service skills, contract familiarity, and a consultative approach to guiding clients through high-value decisions.

Aram earned his bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In his free time, Aram enjoys playing soccer, where he competed at the collegiate level and coached at the youth level.
